Straight answers

The questions players and performance staff ask before starting a football nutrition protocol.

Does this replace a club nutritionist?

+

No. UseCoach applies the same frameworks a performance nutritionist uses day to day, and it is designed to sit alongside club staff. Anything clinical is escalated to your club medical team.

Which wearables does it work with?

+

Whoop, Garmin, Apple Health, Oura, Polar and Statsports data can inform training load, sleep and readiness. You can also use UseCoach with no wearable at all — the match-day self-check covers it.

How does it handle my fixtures?

+

You give your training days, match days, rest days and kick-off times. The plan periodises around them: carb loading before the match, activation meals and caffeine timed to kick-off, and refuelling prompts after the final whistle.

Is it safe for academy and youth players?

+

Under-18 protocols are growth-first. UseCoach never prescribes crash diets or pushes weight loss on youth or academy players, and body composition conversations are handled without pressure.

What about women's football?

+

Cycle-aware fuelling, iron and bone health and energy availability are built in, rather than treated as an afterthought on a men's plan.

Who owns my data?

+

You do. Your conversation history and logs stay yours, and you can reset your coaching data at any time while keeping your login.

How often will it message me?

+

A maximum of three unprompted messages per day, inside sensible hours. Quiet hours are respected.
